MARKHAM, ON, Sept. 30, 2015 /CNW/ - Nightingale
Informatix Corporation ("Nightingale" or the "Company") (TSX-V:
NGH), held its Annual Special & General Meeting today. The
Shareholders re-elected Mr. David
Atkins, Mr. David Banks, Mr.
Charles Frumberg and Mr.
Sam Chebib to the Board of Directors
of the Company.
Mr. Brian Schachter, who was
Chairman of the Board of Directors for Nightingale decided not to
stand for re-election to the Board of Directors prior to the
Meeting. After the Meeting, the Board of Directors nominated and
approved Mr. David Atkins as the new
Chairman of the Board.

to the Board of Nightingale over the last few years," said Mr.
David Atkins, Nightingale Chairman.
"Mr. Schachter brought many business and stewardship skills to the
Board and his contributions will be missed. We wish Mr. Schachter
