Nebo Capital Corp. Announces Appointment of New Director and Grant of Options

Nebo Capital Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:NBO.P) is pleased to
announce that K. Peter Miller has been appointed to the Board of the Corporation
to replace A. Murray Sinclair, who has tendered his resignation from the Board.
Mr. Sinclair will continue his association with the Corporation as the Corporate
Secretary of the Corporation. 


Mr. Miller is a Chartered Accountant and he is currently the Chief Financial
Officer of Ionic Management Corp., a private management company. He has also
been a director and/or chief financial officer of numerous public companies,
including the following capital pool companies: Arapaho Capital Corp., Navan
Capital Corp., Hatton Capital Corp., Iron Springs Capital Corp., and Marchwell
Capital Corp., which all previously completed qualifying transactions pursuant
to the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange. 


In connection with his appointment, Mr. Miller has also been granted an option
to purchase 50,000 shares of the Corporation at the exercise price of $0.20 each
expiring on April 29, 2018. These options are granted pursuant to the
Corporation's stock option plan.


The Corporation is incorporated under the provisions of the Business
Corporations Act (Alberta) and has a registered office in Calgary, Alberta. The
Corporation is a "capital pool company" under the policies of the TSX Venture
Exchange.
