Nebo Capital Corp. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:NBO.P) is pleased to
announce that Neil Halldorson, a director of the Corporation, has been appointed
to the positions of President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer
and Corporate Secretary of the Corporation. On March 20, 2013, Mr. A. Murray
Sinclair tendered his resignation as the President, Chief Executive Officer,
Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary and will remain a director of
the Corporation. Mr. Sinclair's resignation will take effect on March 20, 2013
or such earlier date, which is agreeable to the Corporation and Mr. Sinclair.


The Corporation would like to thank Mr. Sinclair for his contributions to the
Corporation during his tenure as an office. Mr. Sinclair is looking forward to
new opportunities and the Corporation wishes him success in his future
endeavours.


The Corporation is incorporated under the provisions of the Business
Corporations Act (Alberta) and has a registered office in Calgary, Alberta. The
Corporation is a "capital pool company" under the policies of the TSX Venture
Exchange.
