Mazorro Resources Announces President & CEO and Director Changes

Mazorro Resources Inc. ("Mazorro" or the "Company") (TSX
VENTURE:MZO)(FRANKFURT:JAM) announces that Mr. Andre Audet is to be appointed
Interim President and Chief Executive Officer of Mazorro Resources Inc.
effective September 30, 2012. Mr. Audet is a co-founder and current director of
Mazorro.


This appointment follows the resignation of Mr. Dean Hanisch as President and
Chief Executive Officer of Mazorro in order to focus on other opportunities. Mr.
Hanisch's resignation is to be effective September 30, 2012. Mr. Hanisch will
remain a director of the Company.


In addition, Mazorro announces that Mr. Gregory Bowes has resigned from the
Board of Directors of the Company effective September 12, 2012.
