Motapa Completes Corporate Change

Motapa Diamonds Inc. (TSX VENTURE:MTP) ("Motapa") is pleased to announce that
effective November 19, 2008, Motapa has continued its corporate jurisdiction
from New Brunswick to British Columbia with the name "MOTAPA DIAMONDS INC.",
which continuance was approved by the shareholders of Motapa at the Annual and
Special Meeting held on October 31, 2008.
