Knightswood Financial Corp. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:KWF) announces that it
has granted stock options entitling certain directors and consultants of the
Company to purchase 108,467 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of
$0.06 per share, exercisable in whole or in part, on or before July 6, 2014.


These options are granted pursuant to the Company's stock option plan approved
by regulatory on November 14, 2005 and by shareholders on June 14, 2006.
