KRS Kairos Capital Corporation (delisted)

Kroes Energy Inc ("Kroes"), (TSX VENTURE:KRS) - Kroes Energy Inc. (the
"Corporation") is pleased to announce that at its Annual General and Special
meeting held on June 3, 2009 a resolution was passed to change the name of the
Corporation to Vecta Energy Corporation. The Company is listed on the TSX
Venture Exchange and a new trading symbol, "VER" will be effective on June 23,
2009.
