KBX Kobex Resources Com Npv

Kobex Resources Ltd. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: KBX) announces that it has granted a loan of $37,500 to each of two directors of the Company to enable them to purchase shares of the Company. Each of the loans will be for a term of eight months, will bear interest at the rate of 5.75% per annum and will be secured by a pledge of the purchased shares and a registered general charge over all of the assets of the borrower.
