2013 /CNW Telbec/ - Innovente inc. (TSXV: IGE) ("Innoventé"
or the "Corporation") is pleased to announce the appointment of
Pierre Duval to the position of Vice
President, Projects. Mr. Duval has over 30 years of experience in
management of major international projects. A Mechanical
Engineering graduate of the Université de Sherbrooke, Mr. Duval served as a senior
executive for such major organizations as Hydro-Québec, Atomic
Energy of Canada Limited (AECL)
and SNC-Lavalin. In particular, he managed the construction of
nuclear and hydroelectric power generating stations in Québec,
Argentina, Cameroun, Romania, China, South
Africa and Morocco.

accomplish our two new plant construction projects, in
Trois-Rivières and Matane,"

Appointment of Marjolaine Giasson
Innoventé also wishes to confirm the appointment of Marjolaine Giasson to the position of Vice
President, Finance. She had already been appointed on an interim
basis in January 2013.
Ms. Giasson has over 15 years of experience in accounting,
finance and administration. She has a degree in Accounting and
holds a MBA from Université Laval
(Québec). She is also a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA,
CA).
