Green Swan Announces Closing of Private Placement

BURLINGTON, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Jun 19, 2014) - Green Swan Capital Corp. (TSX-VENTURE:GSW) ("Green Swan") announces the closing of a private placement financing.

The financing, which closed on June 18, 2014, consists of 375,556 Units at a price of $0.09 per Unit. Each Unit consists of one (1) Green Swan common share and one 12-month common share purchase warrant having an exercise price of $0.12 (twelve cents) (the "Warrant"). Each Warrant expires on June 18, 2015.

The gross proceeds of the financing were $33,800 and the transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
