terms has been revised so that the balance of $855,000 will be paid in
cash or in common shares over the next four years at the Company's
discretion and to be agreed upon in advance with the Optionor. The
deemed price per shares will be based on the 3-month average price
before the issuance date with a minimum floor price of not less than
$0.448.
