Global Development Resources, Inc. (TSX VENTURE: GDV.H) (the "Company") announces that pursuant to resolutions passed by shareholders on November 24, 2010 the Company has changed its name to GDV Resources Inc. and the common shares of the Company will be consolidated on a 3 for 1 basis. The common shares will remain trading under the symbol "GDV.H". The 3 for 1 consolidation will be effective December 21, 2010.
