FTI Signs Its First Territory to Sell Chlorine Dioxide Tablets

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Mar 4, 2014) - William Hullah, President of FTI Foodtech International Inc. ("FTI") (TSX-VENTURE:FTI) has signed a contract with Oscar Hinojosa, of Hinojosa Abogados Asociados, S.C. ("HAA") of Mexico for the exclusive marketing and distribution rights for the Globalex Chlorine Dioxide water purification tablets within Mexico.

The tablets, sold under the names Oxytab, Steritab and Cleantab, are used to purify water for drinking, industrial applications such as the oil and gas industry and swimming pools. Chlorine dioxide disinfects without the side effects of chlorine. The tablets already have NSF approval and are in use in many areas around the world.
