FTI Foodtech International Inc. ("FTI" or the "Corporation")(TSX VENTURE: FTI) announces that is has changed its auditor from PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC) to Deloitte & Touche LLP (D&T). Since the appointment of PwC, there have been no reservations in any auditor's reports nor any reportable events as defined in National Instrument 51-102 in connection with the audits conducted by PwC. PwC resigned as Auditors of the Corporation, leaving on good terms with the Corporation.

The resignation of PwC and the recommendation to appoint DT as the successor auditor has been approved by the Company's Audit Committee.

The Corporation wishes to thank PwC for their service over the past several years.

In addition, FTI wishes to announce that Mr. Gary Hullah will resume the position of CFO. The services of the former CFO, Mr. Greg Borsk, CA, will be used on an as needed basis. Mr. Borsk is leaving FTI on good terms with the Corporation. The Corporation wishes to thank Mr. Borsk for his service.
