Falcon Oil & Gas Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:FO)(AIM:FOG)(ESM:FAC) ("Falcon" or the
"Company") held its Annual & Special Shareholder Meeting in Dublin today.


All of the resolutions considered and voted upon by the shareholders were
approved. The full text of each resolution was included in the notice of the
meeting circulated to shareholders.


The management team made a presentation which will be available on the Company's

disclosed in this presentation.
