Essex Angel Capital Inc. Extends Closing Date of Private Placement of Common Shares

Essex Angel Capital Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EXC) (the "Corporation") today announced
the extension of the closing date of the private placement of up to 12,500,000
common shares in the capital of the Corporation at a price of $0.08 per share
for gross proceeds of up to $1,000,000, as more particularly described in the
Corporation's press release dated May 9, 2012. The closing date is expected to
be on or about July 20, 2012.
