TORONTO, April 21, 2014 /CNW/ - Joshua Gerstein announces that he has acquired
beneficial ownership of 476,000 common shares of Everfront Ventures
Corp. ("Everfront") at an average price per share of $0.048 through the facilities of the TSX Venture
Exchange and the Alpha Exchange. Immediately following the
transaction, Mr. Gerstein owned an aggregate of 613,500 common
shares of Everfront and the rights to acquire an additional 134,419
common shares of Everfront upon the exercise of options at a strike
price per option of $0.20 (the
"Options"). In the event that the Options are fully exercised, the
holdings of Mr. Gerstein represent a total of 747,919 common shares
of Everfront, or approximately 13.3% of all issued and outstanding
common shares of Everfront as at April 16,
2014, calculated on a partially diluted basis assuming the
exercise of the Options only.
The common shares were acquired for investment purposes. Subject
to any escrow restrictions, Mr. Gerstein may from time to time
acquire additional securities of Everfront, dispose of some or all
of the existing or additional securities he holds or will hold, or
may continue to hold his current positions.
