eShippers Management Announces $100,000 Financing

eShippers Management Ltd. ("eShippers" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:EPX.H)
announces a non-brokered private placement consisting of up to 2,000,000 units
at a price of $0.05 per unit. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one
warrant. Each warrant will entitle the holder to purchase an additional common
share of the Company at $0.10 for two years from closing. Proceeds from the
private placement will be used for exploration and general corporate purposes. 


The units and underlying securities will be subject to a four-month hold period
from the date of issuance in accordance with applicable securities laws. The
offering is subject to certain conditions, including the approval of the TSX
Venture Exchange.


Neither the NEX nor the Regulation Services Provider (as that term is defined in
the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts responsibility for the
