eMedia Networks International Corporation (TSX VENTURE:EMM) ("eMedia" or the
"Company") announces the Plan of Arrangement was approved by the shareholders at
the Special Meeting held today.


The Arrangement remains subject to, among other things, the final approval of
the Supreme Court of British Columbia. The hearing for the final court order to
approve the Arrangement is scheduled to take place on or about January 23, 2014,
with the effective date of the Arrangement expected to occur on or about January
30, 2014.


Details regarding the terms of the Arrangement are set out in the management
information circular dated December 9, 2013 and the November 22, 2013 press
release which is available at www.sedar.com.
