eMedia Explores Strategic Alternatives

eMedia Networks International Corp. ("Company")(TSX VENTURE:EMM), announced
today that the Board of Directors has formed a Special Committee to review all
strategic alternatives available to the Company. 


Due to the lack of liquidity of the common shares and the inability of the
Company to raise significant capital, the Board of Directors are exploring
strategic alternatives which could include, among others, possible joint
ventures, strategic partnerships or alliances, a sale of the Company,
privatization of the Company or other possible transactions.


Management and the Board of Directors are committed to acting in the best
interests of the Company and its shareholders and believe the strategic review
is in the best interest of the Company and its shareholders.


No decision has been made to enter into a transaction at this time and there can
be no assurance that the Company will enter into a transaction in the future.
The Company does not plan to disclose or comment on developments regarding the
strategic review until further disclosure is deemed appropriate.
