Blackdog Resources Ltd. ("Blackdog" or "The Company") (TSX VENTURE:DOG) is
pleased to announce it has filed its Audited Financial Statements and associated
Management Discussion and Analysis for the year ending December 31, 2012. The
Financials Statements and Management Discussion and Analysis are available on
www.sedar.com. 


In addition, the Company has filed on www.sedar.com its Statements of Reserves
Data and other oil and gas information also for the year ending December 31,
2012 as mandated by National Instrument 51-101- Standards of Disclosure for Oil
and Gas Activities ("NI-51-101") of the Canadian Securities Administration. 


Blackdog is a junior oil and gas company focused on the development of light oil
