Dunav Resources Appoints Director and Sets AGM Date

Dunav Resources Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:DNV) ("Dunav" or the "Company") is pleased to
report that the board of directors of the Company has appointed Ms. Elaine
Bennett as director and chair of the audit committee of the board. The
appointment of Ms. Bennett fills the board vacancy created from the resignation
of a director announced on March 7, 2013. 


"We are delighted that Elaine is joining the board. Her experience in the
financial and mining business will be of significant benefit to Dunav. I look
forward to working with her and the rest of the board," said David Fennell,
executive chair.


Since 2008, Ms Bennett has been Vice President Finance and CFO for Sabina Gold &
Silver Corp., an advanced exploration and development company listed on the TSX.
Prior to joining Sabina, Ms. Bennett was VP Finance and CFO for Miramar Mining
Corporation which was acquired by Newmont in 2007. Prior to that, she spent 10
years at the Con Mine in Yellowknife, NWT holding various positions including
mine controller. With more than 20 years of experience in the mining industry,
Ms. Bennett has experience in financial reporting, mergers and acquisitions,
corporate reorganizations, mine construction, accounting and information
technology. Ms. Bennett is also director and chair of the audit committee of a
junior gold exploration company listed on the TSXV. Ms. Bennett is a Certified
General Accountant (British Columbia), is a member of Financial Executives
Institute and a member of the North West Mining Association.


The Company also announces that it will hold an annual and special meeting of
shareholders (the "AGM") on June 19, 2013. The record date for shareholders
entitled to vote at the AGM is May 6, 2013.
