Dundarave Resources Inc.: Reminder of Special Meeting

Dundarave Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE:DDX) ("the Company") reminds its
shareholders that its Special Meeting will be held at the Company's offices,
Suite 1238, 200 Granville Street Place, Vancouver, British Columbia on Friday
February 1, 2008 at 11:00 a.m. (Vancouver time) to approve the transaction with
Enpar Technologies Inc., as further described in the Management Information
Circular.


Shareholders who are unable to attend the meeting in person are requested to
complete, sign, date and return the form of proxy mailed to them. A proxy will
not be valid unless it is deposited at the office of the transfer agent, Pacific
Corporate Trust Company, 3rd Floor, 510 Burrard Street, Vancouver, BC V6C 3B9,
at least 48 hours before the time of the Meeting, excluding Saturdays, Sundays
and Holidays. If your shares are held in the name of a brokerage firm, nominee
or other institution, only it can vote your shares.
