Datinvest International Ltd. Announces Non-Brokered Private Placement

Datinvest International Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:DAI.H) (the "Company") is pleased to
announce that it has arranged a non-brokered private placement of up to
7,692,308 Units of the Company for gross proceeds of $500,000 at a price of
$0.065 per Unit, each Unit consisting of one common share and one warrant, each
warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional share of the Company at
a price of $0.10 per share for a period of twelve months.


All securities issued pursuant to the Offering will be subject to a four month
hold period. The net proceeds from the private placement will be used for
general working capital. No finder's fee will be paid with respect to this
financing.

term is defined in the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange) accepts
