Cybersurf Corp. ("Cybersurf") (TSX VENTURE:CY), one of Canada's leading Internet
technology and service companies, held its annual and special meeting of
shareholders on Friday, May 29, 2009 in Calgary (the "Meeting"). At the Meeting,
Cybersurf's shareholders voted to:


- approve the sale of substantially all of the assets of Cybersurf to
Communication Telosysteme Inc. ("Telosysteme") an affiliate of Distributel
Communications Limited (the "Distributel Transaction").


- re-elect Paul Mercia, R. James Milliken and Jay Roberge to serve as directors
of Cybersurf Corp. until the next annual meeting of shareholders; and


- appoint DNTW LLP, Chartered Accountants, as auditors of the Corporation until
the next annual meeting of shareholders.


With shareholder approval of the Distributel Transaction, Cybersurf is working
to finalize the terms of the definitive asset sale agreement with Telosysteme,
and expects that the Distributel Transaction will, subject to various conditions
of closing, be completed on or before June 8, 2009.
