CAPVEST Income Corp. (TSX-V: CSV) Announces Third-Quarter Dividend of $0.025 per Share

CAPVEST Income Corp. (the "Company")(TSX VENTURE:CSV) is pleased to announce a
$0.025 per share quarterly dividend. The dividend will be paid on October 19,
2007 to shareholders of record on the close of business on September 28, 2007.
As a result of trade settlement procedures, the common shares will trade
"ex-dividend" commencing on the opening of trading on    September 26, 2007.
Subject to the Board approval, the Company intends to pay quarterly dividends of
$0.025 per share for the remainder of 2007.


CAPVEST Income Corp.

CAPVEST Income Corp. is an investment corporation listed on the TSX Venture
Exchange ("TSX-V"). The Company invests in a diversified group of energy-related
income and royalty funds and a diversified group of publicly traded
infrastructure companies in Canada and other member countries of the
Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). The Company also
intends to target direct ownership in infrastructure assets providing

Trading information and NAV

As of September 4, 2007, the Company's closing price on the TSX-V was $1.15 per
share and the most recent net asset value as of August 30, 2007 was $1.66 per
share. The convertible debentures, due December 31, 2008, closed on the TSX-V at
$95.00 on September 4, 2007.
