China Minerals Announces Resignation of Director

China Minerals Mining Corporation (TSX VENTURE:CMV)(PINKSHEETS:HWTHF) ("China
Minerals" or the "Company") advises that, effective immediately, Mr. Liang Shi
has resigned as Director of the Company.
