Cascadia Resources Inc. Announces Name Change to Kaymus Resources Inc. and Share Consolidation

Cascadia Resources Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CCR) and its Board of
Directors are pleased to announce that pursuant to a resolution passed by
shareholders on June 10, 2014, the Company has changed its name to Kaymus
Resources Inc. and consolidated its common shares on a 1 for 5 basis.


Effective at market open on July 31, 2014, the consolidated common shares of the
Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol KYS.


Post consolidation capital: Unlimited shares with no par value of which
5,914,470 shares are issued and outstanding.


Escrow: Nil escrowed shares 

Transfer Agent: TMX Equity Transfer Services

Trading Symbol: KYS (New)

CUSIP No: 486603103 (new)
