Bold Ventures Inc. (TSX VENTURE:BOL) ("Bold Ventures" or the "Company") wishes
to advise that it has settled $29,269.10 relating to a finders' fee through the
issuance of 80,000 common shares valued at $0.12 per share and 327,820 warrants
to purchase common shares at $0.12 per share until March 18, 2015. The common
shares and warrants (and any common shares issue on the exercise of the
warrants) are subject to a re-sale restriction until July 19, 2013. The finders'
fee was paid to IBK Capital Corp. and Dundee Securities Ltd. as a result of the
expenditure by 2282726 Ontario Ltd., a subsidiary of Dundee Corporation, in the
aggregate amount of $1,463,458 on the Company's properties in the Ring of Fire.

The Company is also pleased to announce that the drilling has commenced at the
Koper Lake Project in the James Bay Lowlands of Northern Ontario. For more
