BCF Builders Capital Mortgage Corp

Builders Capital Mortgage Corp. (the “Company”) (TSXV: BCF) announced today that its board of directors has declared a distribution of $0.2016 per Class A Non-Voting share of the Company.  The distribution will be paid on October 31, 2018 to holders of Class A Non-voting shares of record on September 30, 2018.

The amount of the distribution is equivalent to approximately $0.80 per Class A Non-Voting share, or 8% on the original $10.00 issue price, per annum prorated for the 92 day period from July 1, 2018 to September 30, 2018.
