Corp. ("Company") (TSX Venture: AXC.P) is pleased to announce the
filing on SEDAR of the filing statement (the "Filing Statement"),
prepared in accordance with the requirements of the TSX Venture
Exchange (the "Exchange"), in connection with its previously
announced proposed qualifying transaction with Eastland Management
Limited. Details of the qualifying transaction are set forth
in a news release dated February 24,
2014.
The Company has obtained the conditional acceptance of the TSX
Venture Exchange for the qualifying transaction. Subject to
final Exchange acceptance, the qualifying transaction is expected
to close on or about August 11,
2014.
