WorldCare and Adjudicare(R) Announce Strategic Partnership

Automated Benefits Inc.(R) ("Adjudicare") a wholly-owned subsidiary of Automated
Benefits Corp.(R) (TSX VENTURE:AUT), is pleased to announce it has signed a
formal partnership with WorldCare(R), a pioneer and leader in the global
healthcare community offering highly specialized and personalized electronic
second medical opinions from top medical centers to local attending physicians
for the benefit of their patients.


Adjudicare will begin to offer WorldCare's personalized Second Medical Opinion
service, which provides high-touch, high-quality, peace of mind service to our
national network of Third-Party Administrators and Brokers and their customers.
The service offers professional medical opinions, from teams of highly
specialized physicians at world-class hospitals, to diagnose and recommend
treatment plans based on the latest medical research. This new service offering
will help our diverse partner network to build customer loyalty, reduce
healthcare costs by reducing misdiagnoses and inappropriate treatments, and
provide their customers necessary medical second opinions that reflect the
state-of-the-art in modern medical practices.
