Adjudicare(R) Announces Strategic Partnership With Arete(R)

Automated Benefits Inc.(R) ("Adjudicare") a wholly-owned subsidiary of Automated
Benefits Corp.(R) (TSX VENTURE:AUT), is pleased to announce it has signed a
formal partnership with Arete(R) Human Resources Inc. ("Arete(R)"), a leading
national organization providing comprehensive employee health, wellness and
effectiveness services, including psychosocial counselling, disability
prevention and management solutions.


Beginning January 1, 2012 Adjudicare will offer Arete's Arive(R) Employee
Assistance Program and Acumin(R) Business Assistance Program to our national
network of Third-Party Administrators and Brokers. Established in 2009, Arete's
innovative research-based approach to employee assistance programs help deliver
effective and customized solutions, to meet the needs of insurers, corporations,
unions and individual clients in Canada. Arete(R) develops quality solutions to
help employers create safe, positive, enjoyable and productive workplaces where
employees can reach their highest potential.
