Alternative Energy Inc. ("Cleanfield") (TSX VENTURE: AIR),
announces the resignation of Mr. Sureshlal Kamalalal Shrivastav as
a director of the Corporation effective immediately and the
appointment of Sanjay Roy to
Cleanfield's board of directors effective October 15, 2012 subject to TSX approval.
