AgriTec Systems Inc. Announces Appointment of Chief Executive Officer

AgriTec Systems Inc. (TSX VENTURE:AGR) ("AgriTec" or the "Corporation") is
pleased to announce the appointment of Willy Verbrugghe to the position of Chief
Executive Officer & President of AgriTec effective July 9, 2009. Mr. Verbrugghe
has over 30 years of domestic & international experience in operations and
executive management including the building of companies which have achieved up
to US $1 Billion in revenue. Some of the key companies Mr. Verbrugghe has worked
with include Westinghouse Energy System, Kollmorgen Corp., Sermatech Inc., and
PCC Flow Technologies.


During his career, Mr. Verbrugghe has participated in and /or led the build out
of large industrial projects in various countries and will now focus his
executive leadership and experience on the execution of the global deployment of
AgriTec's proprietary and patented "Green Technology". Mr. Verbrugghe will lead
a team which will be responsible for the design, construction and management of
world class projects.


Mr. Verbrugghe was born in Belgium, has three Masters Degrees (Science,
Engineering, and Business), speaks five languages, and has lived in four
countries while working in 200 countries.
