World Financial Split Corp. Declares Quarterly Preferred Share Distribution

World Financial Split Corp. (TSX:WFS.PR.A) has declared a quarterly distribution
on its preferred shares in the amount of $0.13125 payable on June 28, 2013 to
shareholders of record on June 14, 2013, ex-dividend date of June 12, 2013. To
the extent that any portions of the distributions are ordinary taxable dividends
and not capital gains dividends, they will be eligible dividends.
