Melcor REIT Announces July, August & September Monthly Distributions

Melcor REIT (TSX:MR.UN) today announced that the Trustees of Melcor REIT have
declared cash distributions of $0.05625 per unit for the months of July, August
and September 2014. The distributions will be payable as follows:
