High Liner Foods (USA) Inc., the leading value-added seafood supplier in North America, today introduced Battercrisp® Sauce & Serve Shrimp, a new line of sauced shrimp under its FPI® brand that delivers a crunchy, savory taste when paired with many popular sauces and dips.

Battercrisp Sauce & Serve Shrimp uses a special product formulation that allows the shrimp to stay crispy-crunchy when sauced, enabling foodservice operators to capitalize on the growing trend of U.S. consumers preferring crispy menu items.

In addition, the tender and flavorful tail-off shrimp meets the growing consumer appetite for flavor infusion, saucing, and food customization, allowing operators to serve shrimp with a choice of mix and match dipping sauces.
