TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Apr 21, 2014) - Dividend 15 Split Corp. ("Dividend 15") declares its 121st consecutive monthly distribution of $0.10 for each Class A share ($1.20 annually) and $0.04375 for each Preferred share ($0.525 annually). Distributions are payable May 9, 2014 to shareholders on record as of April 30, 2014.

Since inception Class A shareholders have received a total of $15.60 per share (including five special distributions of $0.25 per share, one special distribution of $0.50 per share and one special stock dividend of $1.75 per share) and Preferred shareholders have received a total of $5.31 per share inclusive of this distribution, for a combined total of $20.91 per unit.
