VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - Jun 12, 2014) -
Conifex Timber Inc. ("Conifex" or the "Company") (TSX:CFF) is

of all director nominees from its annual general meeting (the
"AGM") held June 10, 2014 in Prince George, British Columbia as
