Barrick Gold Announces Dividend
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Apr 30, 2014) -

Barrick Gold Corporation (NYSE:ABX)(TSX:ABX) today announced
that its Board of Directors has declared a dividend for the quarter
of US5 cents per share, payable on June 16, 2014 to shareholders of
record at the close of business on May 30, 2014.(1)
