Neil McGowan has been appointed to the Board of 10 Group with immediate effect.

He is currently a director of Lottery Service Providers Limited, Prize Provision
Services Limited, Random Number Lottery Limited and Rangedetail Limited. Within
the last five years he has resigned as a director of Banquin Limited, F.W.G.C.
(Realisations) Limited, Fareham Woods Golf Club (Holdings) plc, Southern
Golfscaping Limited, Welcome Golf (South) Limited and Welcome Golf Limited.
While he was a director, or within 12 months of his ceasing to be a director, of
Rentaminster plc, F.W.G.C. (Realisations) Limited and The Shadowmaster
Corporation Limited those companies were placed in creditors voluntary
liquidation.
