Change of Chairman

Next Fifteen Communications Group plc is pleased to announce that with effect
from 1 January 2004, Will Whitehorn has been appointed non-executive Chairman.
Will Whitehorn replaces Tom Lewis who has stepped down as Chairman but will
become a non-executive director.

Will Whitehorn holds the executive role of Brand Development and Corporate
Affairs Director at Virgin Group. He has an impressive track record at Virgin
where he joined as Group Public Relations Manager in 1987. He has subsequently
been appointed to the Board of many of the major Virgin companies. With his
experience, his appointment as non-executive Chairman will give impetus to the
Company's growth through development of the PR Brands under its control.

Commenting on his appointment, Will Whitehorn said "I am flattered to have been
offered the opportunity to help take the Group forward over the coming years,
building on the work of Tom Lewis, who has done a fantastic job in guiding Tim
Dyson and the Next Fifteen team. The business is in a strong position to take
advantage of the unfolding economic recovery in its core markets and growth

Tom Lewis was a co-founder of the Company in 1981 and held the post of Managing
Director from 1981 to 1991, following which he has been executive Chairman.
Having devoted 22 years to the Company he has now decided to spend more time
pursuing his other interests. He remains enthusiastic about the Company and its
prospects and will stay on the Board as a non-executive Director. He has a
substantial shareholding and has no plans to dispose of his shares.
