Republic Property Trust (๏ฟฝRepublic๏ฟฝ) (NYSE: RPB) announced today
that it has scheduled its 2007 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be
held in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area on Monday, September
24, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. The record date for determination of
shareholders entitled to vote at the meeting has been set at the
close of business on Thursday, August 9, 2007. A notice of annual
meeting and proxy statement will be mailed to all shareholders of
