Provident will hold a Special Meeting of Shareholders on
Tuesday, March 27, 2012 at
9:00 a.m. MDT (11:00 a.m. EDT) in the Metropolitan Ballroom

S.W., Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
The purpose of the Meeting is to provide Provident shareholders of
record at the close of business on February
14, 2012 an opportunity to vote on the approval of the Plan
of Arrangement with Pembina Pipeline Corporation.
