Webster, Co-Chief Executive Officer, has resigned his employment with the Company and his membership on its Board of Directors, both effective December 4, 2005. The Company also announced that Jim Fogarty of Alvarez & Marsal, who has been serving as Co-Chief Executive Officer since September 29, 2005, has been designated Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective immediately.
