Netshoes Cayman Ltd (Netshoes) announces that Mr. Andre Luiz Shinohara will depart from his position as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer effective September 30, 2018. Mr. Shinohara will continue support an orderly transition of his overall responsibilities until that date.

This movement is in line with our continuous efforts to optimize our organizational structure aiming to structure a more efficient and agile decision-making process and to reduce fixed costs.

The Commercial team will be organized in three business areas – Sports, Fashion and Marketplace – reporting directly to our CEO, Marcio Kumruian.

Netshoes would like to thank Mr. Shinohara for his valuable contribution during his time at the Company and wishes him all the best in his future endeavors.
