Other Events.

On March 3, 2023, Live Oak Mobility Acquisition Corp., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing that the Company will redeem all of its outstanding shares of Class A common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, effective as of the close of business on March 20, 2023, because the Company will not consummate an initial business combination within the time period required by its amended and restated certificate of incorporation. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Current Report”) and is incorporated herein by reference.
