NEW YORK, Sept. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Oplink Communications
Inc. (NASD: OPLK) will replace Landry's Restaurants Inc. (NYSE:
LNY) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading
on Wednesday, October 6.
Fertitta Group Inc. is acquiring Landry's Restaurants in a
deal expected to close on or about that date, pending final
approvals.
