NEW YORK, March 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- KHD Humboldt
Wedag International Ltd. ("KHD") (NYSE: KHD) announced plans to
release its year-end 2009 results before market on Friday, March 26, 2010.
That same day, at 10:00 AM ET
(7:00 AM PT), a conference call will
be held to review the fourth quarter and year-end 2009 results;
this call will be broadcast live over the Internet at
www.khdhumboldt.com or www.earnings.com.
The company said that the intention of the conference call will
be to discuss only the fourth quarter and year-end 2009
results.
Pending the results of the shareholder meeting on Monday, March 29, 2010, the separate companies
will release information on an individual basis.
Web participants are encouraged to go to either website at least
15 minutes prior to the start of the call to register, download,
and install any necessary audio software. The online archive will
be available shortly after the conclusion of the call and continue
for seven days.
